For six weeks this SPRING we will get out summer bodies ready and increase our fitness. From May 8th until June 15th we will partake in the Better Food Challenge. To keep it simple we will stick to Upper Edge's Nutrition Prescription: Eat Plants and Animals. When you are hungry. Until you are full. In these 3 short sentences we will find the guidelines for our six-week challenge. The points will be as follows:
